Jane Feinberg
Jane Feinberg is the founder and principal of Full Frame Communications LLC, a consulting practice in Greater Boston that supports mission-driven organizations in developing their communications, engagement, and leadership capacities as a foundation for driving meaningful and sustained social change.
As founder and director of the Essex County Learning Community, Jane brings many years of experience working with public school districts. She served as former Director of Communications for the Boston Public Schools and has worked closely with school districts across New England in the domains of strategy, change leadership, and communications. A former television journalist and documentary producer who is currently the executive producer of a feature-length documentary film and national impact campaign on neurodiversity, Jane has also consulted to numerous non-profit and governmental organizations and has served on a variety of non-profit boards primarily in the arenas of education and out-of-school time. Her work as a qualitative researcher focuses on the cultural mismatch between White teachers and BIPOC students.
